You'll need to be fresh for this activity as you may be climbing wet slides, hopping over tumbling logs and sliding across watery terrains. The challenges for the day are decided week by week from a range of 20 challenges, so what you get on the day is always a surprise. Overall, a fun adrenaline rush that will leave you pumped up, excited and happy. Running from 12-4 every Saturday you'll have to be up early to fit in any other activities before this one, but it's certainly worth making a full day of it.
