Payment and Insurance:
- Simple payment procedures, 25% deposits, 25% 12 weeks before and remaining payment due 42 days before arrival date.
- Deposits are non-refundable; however, we allow number changes to the group size up to 42 before arrival to better ensure only those participating pay the remaining 50% payment.
- We annually check our activities have full Public Liability Insurance once a year for you at or above £1 million to cover you should anything not your fault occurs.

Customer Care – “Preparation and timetabling before your weekend”
We provide each group with details of their event at least 1 week before the big event, allowing you to make your own preparations.The final itinerary includes minibus transport times and pick up spots, activity start times and durations and hotel breakfast times.

Naturally, everybody won’t necessarily know each other within your group, therefore we suggest adding a champagne reception with light snacks as a fantastic icebreaker on arrival at the hotel. For a small fee around £15 per person you can add this into your weekend package. Even if you all know each already, what a great way to begin an absolutely amazing weekend and get things off to the perfect start.
