Your very own customer friendly Private Customer Booking Area (PCBA) is available once you’ve booked to allow you to keep everything in one place, neat and simple. Your group members can login, see the weekend itinerary, print off the timetable for the weekend, make their individual payment simply and easily and read up on the selected package. As the group organiser you can also easily track whose paid and who hasn’t and with the click of a bottom send a reminder email or text to that individual reminding them of the payment and deadline. Of course our system will send regular reminders on its own too, so one less thing to worry about.
