Refreshments throughout the day for all, and champers for the winning team, now that's a package!

Guys this is the funniest and most fun daytime activity you can take part in during your time with us. From the moment you arrive at the activity you will be run through the small safety drills and then it’s time for the fun warm up routine to some crazy warm up music, all very funny.

Teams then compete head to head…

Activities vary week in week out, but your guaranteed to have fits of hysterics, spend a lot of time laughing and have a lot of fun too. You will initially take part in a highly amusing warm up to ensure that everyone gets into the mood for the event, but more importantly warmed up for the activities. Then, teams compete head to head with the opposing teams on the day (there can be up to 15 other teams) in all of the highly hilarious and fun games.

It is a battle of the sexes every Saturday when the it's a Knockout in Nottingham takes place. This event is like no other, involving water, foam, and hilarious inflatables, you won't forget this in a hurry!. A brilliant activity day out which does take up your whole afternoon, but don’t worry you can still fit an activity or two in, in the morning. What's more you’ll have some rest time before your evening activities too. Refreshments are available throughout the day and you will also be provided with the opportunity to buy lunch. The activity itself comprises of fun, laughter and there may be a bit of competitiveness, so be aware, it may get a bit feisty out there, but all in good spirits. Make sure you bring a change of clothes, a towel, some old comfy trainers, and a bottle of water and don’t forget your camera*.
