Count times are periodically conducted on an IC basis, so any inmate missing from their cell at a designated timeframe would be noticed. The prison is manned 24/7 by correctional officers on an in-character basis who watch every cellblock and patrol inmate-access areas.

Bro wants to turn the server into John Wick simulator. I can show a thousand videos of people acting stupid in face of life ending threats and the like, being shot at, stabbed etc or threatened with it and they either live or die. The fear-RP rule is there to remind players to roleplay realistically in those situations. You already see the same people doing report wars over guns lost, now there’s gonna be more guns lost all across the board, more reports thrown with hopes that it sticks to get refunds.

If I got my character CKed over something as dumb as a robbery where the robber was a twitchy motherfucker I’d quit, and so would half the server. There is an argument to be made for having fear rules be considered on a case-by-case basis, especially in situations where you can duck a corner for example or your character perceives a way to escape that the gun holder doesn’t. As I had previously mentioned, I come from a community where Fear RP rules weren’t really a thing, where if you had a gun pointed at you, you could just grab your own gun and try to kill them. We all (hopefully) understand the risks of shooting in front of an open business, and we all understand that you shouldn’t do a triple backflip jump while getting chased by cops, and just driving off like you’re fine. Private gambling games conducted outside a legal business are conducted at the player’s risk; they may be mugged even if the location is outside a designated mugging zone. Participants should only carry realistic small-arms appropriate to the scale of the mugging; heavy weaponry like rifles and two-handed SMG’s are not permitted. Only at the end of the roleplay surrounding the robbery, once the robber is done with roleplaying taking what they can take and finished with the presented search, is when the victim must /arob upon request of the robber. You can only check a downed player for items in realistic situations and time frames. You’re expected to be roleplaying at all times, failing to roleplay a situation is strictly forbidden. /ame is for short actions like /ame looks around, /ame points at the car, etc.

This also includes you provoking others, followed by performing aggressive actions such as shooting or killing and (or) the provoked party ending up dead. On an IC basis, all characters are thoroughly strip searched prior to being admitted into a prison facility. Trolling is prohibited, and characters engaging in disruptive behavior, such as randomly attacking other inmates or constant jumping around the prison, may be subject to CK and administrative punishment. Posting several ads for the same business in a short period of time is considered a breach of this rule. Gambling and card games may only be advertised by businesses that have the licensing to host these games. Administrators may refer you submit a sophisticated request if your business choice is not something they can facilitate.
The purpose of this list is to help new or old players navigate through all of the servers commands in one location. Players should use common sense on if they need a longer recovery then an hour OOC time. In reality, if you are shot, you are usually in the hospital for several hours or days and then must work through a recovery phase where you usually have to “rehab” that body part to start working again. The generalized reason for these rules are to allow players to keep a steady “immersion” for other players that might be involved in the same situations you were injured/killed in.
